“We decided to take the plunge and get a puppy in February 2021 and found Humphries on recommendation. Our experience was very positive throughout - James took the time to talk us through any questions we had prior to us paying the deposit for our puppy (who he provided photos and videos of). Following the deposit, we received a very well-produced and high informative manual, helping us to prepare everything we needed for the new arrival. While we waited, we received further videos and information to any queries we had. We collected puppy from a very well-appointed property where James answered numerous further questions. He also supplied a well thought through starter box with food, toys, chews, treats, a brush and a blanket. Puppy was well looked after and has developed into a lovely, confident little fellow. “I am extremely happy with my Cavapoo puppy I got at the end of Jan 21 from Humphries Cavapoos. With lockdown I wasn’t able to visit and see the puppies in advance, but I got lots of lovely videos of the litter and the litter with their mum. My puppy is happy, healthy and very calm and placid and very handsome!. Humphries were very helpful and supportive throughout the process checking that my puppy had arrived and checking in after his first night with me! I also used the Animal pet service they recommended (Hayley) to bring my puppy down from Cheshire to London as I wasn’t able to travel. Hayley was fantastic and my puppy arrived safe and sounds and very calm after the long journey. Highly recommend.

“We have had our puppy for a month now after bringing him home from Humphries Poos. From the first day we got him home he has slept through each night without issue, in fact at times we have had to wake him on a morning for his breakfast!! He is the most adorable good-natured puppy who will spend hours playing endlessly with our daughter and her friends. Nothing phases him when it comes to meeting other people or dogs with many other owners commenting on how well behaved and sociable he is. Simply put, life without our “Bertie” would not be the same. He has had such a positive impact on the whole of our family and he is loved beyond belief.
The whole experience from contacting Humphries poos, the conversations with James, who answered all my concerns and questions, to collecting our puppy and the advice given to us was seamless and made the whole experience enjoyable, especially as this was our first time as puppy owners. James is quite clearly a very knowledgeable and extremely helpful breeder who is producing the most wonderful puppies. Echoed not just by me, but everyone who has come into contact with our new bundle of joy.

“We picked up our puppy from James at the end of February, an efficient process, observing Covid rules. As a result of restrictions understandably we were not able to meet her parents but we received video updates beforehand. James took time to talk us through how she had been cared for and advised on how we should continue to do so. All documentation was provided in an easy to understand pack. She appeared in good health on pick up, confirmed by our vet on registering her at home, who commented that James as a breeder had done everything that needed to be done to a high standard.

Prior to purchasing our puppy James took time to allay concerns we had. He promptly responded to any queries we raised with him and continues to provide advice. I have been very impressed with the professional and friendly service we received.
